Tiivistelmä. Tässä työpaperissa esitellään PTT:n alueellinen asuntomarkkinaennuste vuosille 2007-2010. Ennusteen mukaan koko maan tasolla asuntojen hinnat nousevat vuositasolla nimellisesti noin kolme prosenttia vuosina 2007-2010. Hintojen nousuvauhdissa ei ole suuria eroja maan eri osien välillä. Rakentamistarve vähenee monilla alueilla, mutta pysyy pääkaupunkiseudulla huomattavan korkealla tasolla.

Abstract. The paper presents PTTs regional housing markets forecast for years 2007-2010. According to model, the growth in housing prices will settle down in the whole country at approximately three percent per year in 2007-2010. There is no significant differences between the price developments between the different areas of the country. Demand for construction activity is forecasted to decline, but it will stay high in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area.
