How are the housing markets developing – in all of Finland
A central feature of our housing market research is a strong regional approach – we study both the markets in the largest cities and in the smaller communities around the country. We are interested in both the house ownership and rental markets, and non-subsidized and subsidized (social) housing. One of our specialties is the research on less-known models of housing such as housing cooperatives.
Once a year we publish a short term forecast of Finnish regional housing markets.
